“About Hendrick’s Gin:
Meet the delightfully curious Hendrick’s Gin. Life is simply too glorious not to experience its peculiar flavour, infused with rose and cucumber in our remote Scottish distillery. Hendrick’s wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage for our delicious duet of infusions: rose petal and cucumber. We infuse our gin with the remarkable Bulgarian Rosa Damascena and specially selected cucumbers from the finest producers.
Hendrick’s is the marriage of two different spirits from two rare and unusual stills: the Bennett Still and the Carter-Head still. By combining the two, we are able to create an extraordinarily smooth gin that has the required character and balance of subtle flavours.
No other gin tastes like Hendrick’s because no other gin is made like Hendrick’s.
Clear water white; floral, juniper, citrus and cucumber aromas; soft, smooth flavour and finish” Website
“For this, “The Botanist”, Artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics – orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc. – and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores od the Hebridean Island of Islay. This truly seasonal and exotic serve is then slow “simmer” distilled in our unique and cherished Lomond pot-still, affectionately known by our head distiller Jim McEwan as “Ugly Betty”. Betty prefers to work at low-pressure and won’t be rushed. So our precious botanicals are slowly and gently coaxed into releasing their complex, signature aromatics.” Website
“Connoisseurs will appreciate the mellow character of this 100% natural gin, which is surprising considering its alcoholic strength of 43.1%. The rare botanicals of the Ungava tundra, steeped in the traditional way, release their natural colour and aromas to yield a gin that is exquisitely well-balanced.
Resolutely contemporary in design, the Ungava bottle offers a sleek shape and clean-cut lines, with thick, pristine glass that highlights the striking natural yellow colour of the gin while evoking the purity of arctic ice. The bottle also features Inuktitut, the Inuit language, and its unique script.” Website

“Our award-winning London Dry Gin is made to a coveted family recipe of 10 trusted botanicals. We measure, by hand, just the right balance of juniper, coriander, lemon peel and orange peel, as well as angelica, orris root, cinnamon, cassia bark, nutmeg and liquorice. Then steep those botanicals in English wheat spirit for a whole day prior to distillation, which allows the oils and essences to infuse fully.
Such care and attention, and the following of original methods, ensures that Hayman’s London Dry Gin remains a classic gin. Fresh, crisp and elegant, with a lively citrus finish. Just the way it should be.” Website

“Clear water-white; light juniper is the top note on the nose, with citrus just below the surface and crushed black pepper providing a spicy accent; dry and medium-bodied, with a very balanced juniper and citrus character; peppery and sweet notes emerge on the mid-palate, leading to a finish that is dry and slightly warm.”
“Clear, water-white in appearance; on the nose, juniper is in the foreground, accompanied by citrus and coriander notes; dry and very balanced, with a hint of sweetness and a reserved, elegant delivery of flavours; the finish is medium in length, with all elements in harmony.”

J.R’s Dry Gin
“Crafted in the classic style by distiller Jesse “J.R.” Razaqpur, this juniper-forward spirit features exclusively Ontario grown juniperus communis berries, allowing the unique local terroir to shine through. Unlike most gins, our botanicals remain in our pot still during distillation. The result is an exceptionally distinctive dry gin. The bold up front flavour of Ontario grown juniper fades to a savoury middle featuring notes of licorice, anise seed, coriander, and ginger, complimented by the dryness of angelica root. The finish is accented by orris and citrus flavours including the unique addition of bergamot, the aroma of which blends delightfully with the juniper to balance the middle with a touch of sweetness. At the end, a mild peppery memory of cardamom is all that remains.” Website
“The classic distilled gin was crafted in our copper pot still by passing vapour through 22 botanicals. We present it cloudy — unfiltered to maintain full flavour.
If you were able to reach into a old photo of Hemingway and pry the gin from his hand, it might have tasted like our Unfiltered Gin 22. Why? Because he didn’t do, or drink, anything half glass or without flavour and nor do we. Our Gin 22 is so smooth and flavourful that your next martini should be straight — without the need to get dirty or be embarrassed by a vermouth.” Website
